Darroll started in the industry as a wash up boy in the early 1960’s and continued on through his apprenticeship to become a fully qualified shop butcher, slaughterman, smallgoods maker and travelled throughout the eastern seaboard of Australia plying his trade wherever he set foot, with his wife Tricia in 1992 bought a butcher shop on the Gold Coast and produced some new and innovating ideas in the area such as value adding and custom catering to a lot of organisations , clubs and private functions. After selling the shop then worked for around 13 years as a sales rep for Denco trading in south east Qld and then moving to Townsville to open up a distributorship for the north/north west of Qld doing what he knows best.
