Yes we are open to the public

We are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm and are located at Unit 1, 43 Leyland Street, Garbutt, Townsville just three doors up from the Department of Transport. Our office is on the left side of the building where you will find Darroll, who will be able to show you around so you can see firsthand the high quality products that are available. You will be able to gleen from Darroll’s extensive knowledge with over 50 years of experience in the Butchering Industry.

EFTPOS/credit card facilities are available or alternatively a Direct deposit can be arranged. We will even accept a Good cheque 😀

Whether it’s your normal trade or a fun pastime, we make it easy to successfully cut, carve, prepare, tenderise, mince, marinade, cure and smoke your own meat.  Darroll has personally selected the best ingredients, equipment and products for both your domestic or commercial needs – backed by proven techniques and sourced from leading suppliers in the industry.
